Why Trauma??

Every day we train for the unknown and unknowable. Putting our bodies, specifically our muscular structure through trauma creates opportunities for strength and experience both physically and mentally.  The old adage, “What doesn’t kill you, will only make you stronger.” can be derived from those physical and mental challenges.  When we push ourselves to the limits of our potential, we will undoubtedly experience some level of trauma.  How we respond to that trauma is what defines us.  There isn’t a single thing in life that’s worth fighting for that doesn’t have trauma attached to it; Love, Health, Success, Victory.  All trauma doesn’t have to be perceived as negative if you have everything to gain from it.
