Losing weight and getting in shape isn’t always easy. No one starts where they want to end up. There is always a road to travel, always a challenge to overcome. Don’t let the distance scare you. As Lao-tzu, an ancient Chinese philosopher once said:
A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
The journey can take its toll, and that is where having a support team can a lifesaver. One of the best parts of being part of the Trauma team is that every athlete is this gym is taking a similar journey and is ready to help cheer you on.
